Starting Thursday, September 29th and then every Thursday after at 1:30PM, come to library for Social Hour! Find friends or strangers, grab a drink, and just chat!
Reconnect with people through social hour. Speak your mind and learn something new!
Book Club
Every third Thursday of a month at 7:00 p.m. the library book club meets to discuss a monthly selection. Contact us by email and be added to our Book Club mail list. Take-out each months selection in the library or preview this months selection by checking the scrolling banner on the homepage.
Games for Adults
Join us Thursday's at 4pm or 7pm for gaming! Barrhead Public Library has a wide variety of classic games like Backgammon & Scrabble or modern tabletops such as Settlers of Catan & Seven Wonders. No matter your gaming style, utilize the library space for fun entertainment. Even our Xbox One is in the mood for adult games with the like of multiplayer Halo or Call of Duty!
